Effective date: March 1, 2026 · Version 1.0SilverSnowfish ("we," "us," or "our") is the developer and publisher of Rainbow Sort (the "App"), a water color sorting puzzle game available on Google Play (Android) and the Apple App Store (iOS).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you install or use the App. Please read it carefully. By downloading or using the App you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.
For questions or requests regarding your personal data, contact us at silver.snowfish.games@gmail.com.
This policy applies to all users of the App on any platform. It does not apply to any websites, services, or applications that we do not operate, even if they are linked from within the App.
Age requirement: 13+. This App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom). If you are under the applicable minimum age, please do not download or use this App. See Section 13 for our full children's privacy statement.

In short: The free version of the App is ad-supported. We use Google AdMob to display interstitial and rewarded ads. AdMob may use your Advertising ID to show you relevant ads.
Users of the free version may see interstitial ads between puzzle completions and rewarded ads when requesting extra hints, undos, or bonus items. Ads are never shown during active gameplay. Purchasing the "Remove Ads" in-app purchase removes all interstitial advertising permanently; rewarded ads remain available as an optional player choice.
We integrate the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) published by Google LLC. Through this SDK, Google may collect your Advertising ID (GAID / IDFA), device identifiers, IP address, coarse location (country/region), and app activity to select and display ads, measure their effectiveness, and detect invalid traffic.
Google's data practices are governed by the Google Privacy Policy. Google may share data with its advertising partners as described in the AdMob Partner List.
By default, AdMob may serve personalised ads based on your interests and prior activity. You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time:
When you opt out of personalised advertising, you will continue to see ads, but they will be based on contextual information rather than your personal interests.
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we use the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF) to obtain and manage your consent for personalised advertising where required by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the ePrivacy Directive. You will be asked for consent on first launch and can change your preferences at any time in the App's Settings screen.
In short: We use Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used in aggregate. Analytics events are pseudonymised and cannot be directly linked back to an individual user.
We use Google Firebase Analytics (Firebase, a Google LLC platform) to collect anonymous, aggregated statistics about how users interact with the App — such as which levels are most played, average session length, and feature usage rates.
You can disable Firebase Analytics data collection by turning off Analytics Data Sharing in your device's Google account settings. On iOS, you can also limit measurement by disabling device analytics sharing in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
Firebase Analytics data is processed by Google LLC and subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
The App offers optional in-app purchases, including coin packs, an ad removal one-time purchase, and premium skin bundles. All payments are processed exclusively by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) — we never receive or store your payment card information.
Upon purchase, we receive an anonymised entitlement token confirming what was purchased. This token is stored on your device to unlock the purchased content.
Refund terms are governed by the respective platform's terms of service. You can manage your purchases at any time through your Apple ID or Google Account settings.
In short: We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate the App, and when required by law.
| Provider | Service | Privacy Policy |
|---|---|---|
| Google LLC | AdMob (advertising), Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics | policies.google.com |
| Apple Inc. | App Store payments (iOS), SKAdNetwork attribution | apple.com/legal/privacy |
We may disclose your information:
We do not share personal data with third-party advertisers directly. Advertising data is handled exclusively by Google AdMob as described in Section 5.
On-device data (game progress, settings, coin balance) is stored locally on your device and remains there until you uninstall the App or clear app data.
Analytics and crash data collected by Firebase is retained by Google for up to 14 months by default, after which it is automatically deleted. You can review Google's retention settings at support.google.com/firebase.
Advertising data retained by AdMob / Google is governed by Google's data retention practices and applicable platform policies.
We do not maintain a server-side database of personal data. If you have made a data request (Section 11), we will retain correspondence records for the period required by applicable law, typically up to three years.
We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect the data processed through the App, including encryption of data in transit (TLS) and reliance on Google's infrastructure security for Firebase and AdMob services.
Because on-device data is stored locally, its security depends in part on the security of your device. We recommend keeping your device OS and the App up to date and using a device PIN or biometric lock.
No method of data transmission or storage is completely secure. While we take commercially reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security against all threats. In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected users and relevant supervisory authorities as required by law.
In short: Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your data, and to object to certain uses or opt out of personalised advertising.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:
We will respond to verified requests within 30 days (extendable by a further 60 days where necessary). To exercise these rights, contact us at silver.snowfish.games@gmail.com.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, California residents have the right to:
To submit a verifiable consumer request, contact us at silver.snowfish.games@gmail.com. We will respond within 45 days.
Users in Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), Texas (TDPSA), and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain data processing. Contact us using the details in Section 15 to exercise your rights.
The App incorporates the following third-party software development kits (SDKs):
| SDK | Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Google Mobile Ads SDK | Google LLC | In-app advertising (AdMob) |
| Firebase Analytics SDK | Google LLC | Usage analytics |
| Firebase Crashlytics SDK | Google LLC | Crash reporting |

These SDKs operate under their respective providers' privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.
The App may display links to third-party websites (for example, in the settings screen or support pages). Clicking these links will take you outside the App. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
This App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA/UK) and is not designed or intended for use by children. It is rated for users aged 13 and older on both Google Play and the Apple App Store.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the applicable minimum age. If we become aware that a child under 13 (or 16 in the EEA/UK) has provided personal information, we will take immediate steps to delete that information.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the App and provided personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately at silver.snowfish.games@gmail.com. We will investigate and respond promptly.
In jurisdictions where parental consent is required for users under a higher age threshold (e.g., under 18 in certain states), we defer to the relevant platform (Google Play / App Store) content rating and parental control mechanisms.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, our business practices, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will:
For non-material changes (e.g. typographical corrections, clarifications that do not affect your rights), we will update the policy without additional notice. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
Continued use of the App after the effective date of a revised policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree to the revised policy, please uninstall the App.
If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or our data practices, please contact us:
