1. Who We Are

Arrows Puzzle is developed and published by SilverSnowfish ("we," "us," or "our"). We are an independent game studio focused on creating engaging puzzle experiences for mobile devices.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Arrows Puzzle mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. Please also review our Terms of Service.

2. Scope and Age Requirement

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Arrows Puzzle application, regardless of the platform (Android via Google Play, or iOS via the App Store in the future). It covers data collected through the App itself and does not apply to any third-party websites or services linked from within the App.

Arrows Puzzle is not directed at children under the age of 13. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age, or that you are using the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who has reviewed and agreed to this Privacy Policy.

3. Information We Collect

Arrows Puzzle does not require an account, login, or any form of registration. We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other directly identifying personal information through the App.

We do not use any collected data for profiling, automated decision-making, or selling to third parties.

5. Advertising — Google AdMob

The free version of Arrows Puzzle displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your Advertising ID and device information to deliver ads, including personalized ads based on your interests and activity across apps.

Opting out of personalized ads

• Android: Go to Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization (or Delete advertising ID on Android 12+).
• iOS: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and disable tracking for Arrows Puzzle, or enable Limit Ad Tracking.

Remove Ads purchase

You can make a one-time in-app purchase to permanently remove all advertisements from the App. Once purchased, no ad-related data will be collected by AdMob.

6. Analytics — Firebase

Firebase Analytics

Firebase Analytics collects aggregated, anonymous usage data to help us understand gameplay patterns and improve the App. Examples of events we track include:

• puzzle_started — a player begins a puzzle level
• puzzle_completed — a player successfully solves a puzzle
• hint_used — a player requests a hint
• level_completed — a player finishes a level (includes move count and star rating)
• Session start/end, screen views, and general engagement metrics

All analytics data is aggregated and does not identify individual users. Firebase Analytics may use your device's Advertising ID to attribute events, which you can reset or disable in your device settings.

Firebase Crashlytics

Crashlytics automatically collects crash reports and performance data when the App encounters an error. This includes stack traces, device model, OS version, and app state at the time of the crash. This data is used solely to diagnose and fix bugs.

Firebase Remote Config

Remote Config allows us to update game settings, feature flags, and configurations without requiring an app update. It collects basic device and app information (such as app version and platform) to deliver the appropriate configuration.

7. In-App Purchases

Arrows Puzzle offers the following in-app purchases:

• Remove Ads — a one-time purchase that permanently removes all advertisements
• Subscriptions — monthly and annual subscription plans that provide premium features and an ad-free experience

All payment processing is handled by Google Play Billing (Android) or Apple In-App Purchase (iOS) through the Unity IAP SDK. We do not collect, process, or store your credit card number, billing address, or other payment details. We receive only a transaction confirmation (purchase token and product ID) to unlock the purchased content.

8. Information Sharing

We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public.

9. Data Retention

All gameplay data — including level progress, settings, and preferences — is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. Uninstalling the App will delete this local data.

Data collected by third-party services is retained according to their respective policies:

• Firebase Analytics: Event data is retained for 14 months by default. We do not extend this period.
• Firebase Crashlytics: Crash data is retained for 90 days.
• Google AdMob: Ad interaction data is retained per Google's advertising data retention policies.

We do not maintain our own servers or databases that store user data.

10. Security

We take the security of your information seriously. All data transmitted between the App and third-party services uses encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). We rely on the security infrastructure provided by Google Firebase, Google AdMob, and the respective app stores.

Local gameplay data is stored in your device's private app storage, which is sandboxed by the operating system and inaccessible to other apps under normal conditions.

While we use commercially reasonable measures to protect data processed through the App, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your Rights and Choices

All users

Regardless of your location, you can take the following actions:

• Reset your Advertising ID in your device settings to disassociate future ad data from past activity.
• Opt out of personalized ads via your device's privacy settings (see Section 5).
• Disable analytics collection by revoking the App's permissions or uninstalling.
• Delete local data by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App.
• Purchase "Remove Ads" to stop all ad-related data collection.

European Economic Area (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including:

• Right of access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
• Right to erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Right to restriction — request that we limit how we process your data.
• Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Right to withdraw consent — withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

California (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) provides you with additional rights:

• Right to know — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected.
• Right to delete — request deletion of personal information we have collected.
• Right to correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Right to opt out of sale/sharing — we do not sell or share your personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.
• Right to non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Arrows Puzzle integrates the following third-party SDKs:

The App may contain links to external websites or services (for example, links to our Terms of Service or third-party privacy policies). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information.

13. Children's Privacy

Arrows Puzzle is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States and equivalent regulations in other jurisdictions.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, please contact us immediately at silver.snowfish.games@gmail.com. We will take prompt steps to delete such information from our systems and instruct our third-party service providers to do the same.

Users between the ages of 13 and 16 in the EEA may require parental consent to use certain features of the App, in accordance with the GDPR.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make changes:

• The "Effective" date at the top of this page will be updated.
• For material changes, we may provide additional notice within the App (such as a notification or pop-up).
• The updated policy will be posted at this URL.

We encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the App after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
